- Name, address, telephone number, e-mail
- Desired removal date
- Special features (e.g. temporary storage, company move)
2. record flat data
- Number of rooms, cellar, attic, garage
- Floors & access (lift available?)
- Walking routes, parking facilities on site
3. create a list of removal goods
- Furniture & large appliances (dimensions, special features)
- Estimate cardboard requirements
- Make a note of furniture that can be dismantled
- Mark sensitive items
4. special requirements
- Dismantling/assembly of kitchens or cupboards
- Connection of electrical appliances
- Disposal of bulky waste
5. documentation with photos
- Photographing rooms (with consent)
- Documenting special features such as narrow stairs
