If you have any questions or problems, you can contact our support team at any time by emailing support(at)fastmove.io. We offer telephone support from the Convoy package upwards. This means you get help quickly, exactly when you need it.
Do I need to install anything?
No, FastMove is completely web-based. In addition, an app for iOS/Android is also available to your colleagues for viewing.
Is there a free trial version?

Which browsers are supported?
We support all current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Where is the data stored?
All data is stored in GDPR-compliant data centres within the EU.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly or annual - either by credit card, SEPA, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, SamsungPay and Klarna.
